My neck is a little stiff. What this misuse did to me. Oh my God. I told you to, I cannot believe what this misses, like, I was so shocked. I was hurt. And at the same time, I was like flabbergasted, as to what this person can do. my own hands. And Tell him, I know I’m really jumping into this really hot right now,
but me and tying got a massage, like a couple of days ago, we’re in separate rooms. And during the massage, towards the end, I was laying on my back. And then, you know, like towards the end they like massage your head a little bit, your neck and stuff. And then she whispers into my year. Want me to crack your neck?
I don’t know why they was at a whisper interior. Like, it’s a secret, like, why can you just say it anyway? She goes, want me to crack her neck? I’m like, okay. I thought maybe she was going to like push my neck to the side and massage the traps, something like that. Right. Again, I’m laying on my back.
So she turns my neck to the left side of my head, to the left side. And she starts to kinda like slowly shaking it. She was like, relax, relax. And then like some sort of power move. Like she just like grabbed my head and just snapped it to the left, like a chiropractor. And it felt amazing. But I was so shocked.
Like I would never have been so scared of my life, the way it happened. This is exactly my reaction. Oh my God. And like, I looked at her I’m like, what did you just do? Like I was, I’m pretty sure they’re not supposed to do that in a, in a massage. Definitely not. Right. I’m not going to say the name of the place.
Cause it’s a really good place. And maybe this was just one person who’s It was a tide massage. So they do like stand on you and crack you. Yeah. Yeah. It was so funny. She asked me, okay, do you want me to do the other side? I was like, okay. I guess, I mean, you already like killed my left.
Let’s kill both sides. Not killed, but you know what I mean? So she wants to the other side. But now that I know what’s about to happen, there is no relaxation because the first time I had no idea, so my knee, there was no tension on my neck. I was just like loose and she just cracked it like crazy.
But on the right side, when she went to that side, I was like, yeah, like I don’t, I can’t loosen up this time. I’m scared for my frigging life because it literally felt like in a Honda movie, when they come back, come behind the guy and they like snap his neck, the guy just dies. That’s literally what she did to me.
I was so scared. You guys. I came out of my massage. SciTech was sitting in his chair like pale. And he was like, you won’t believe what happened. And I still enjoyed it was still a great massage. And it was a crack. It was just so unexpected. And it was just my story. Really good. Yeah. Do you feel good Now?
I feel it feels fine. I felt a little tightness yesterday, but no, like nothing serious. That’s good. That’s good. Yeah. You, how was your massage? The lady was very in control of what was going on as in demanding, like I got she’s like take off your clothes, put up your hair. and then I like before I had a chance to lay down,
she was back in the room. I’m like, okay. Oh my God. But she was so good. She was like shock. Yeah. Is it in the worst one? It’s like a bad massage. Yeah. Right. And they just like delicately, you know? Yeah. Ever so gently. He was just pushing in some certain areas without really feeling your back muscles.
That’s I hate one day when you feel like there’s no F or not, There’s no strategy stratification or strategy. Yeah, totally. I mean, I love Thai massage, honestly. Like they know what they are, do wing. It is so next level, when you get a time massage. So sisters, what have we learned here? Schedule a time to relax.
Look them, snap your neck off. When they asked you, should I crack your neck? Ask them, what does that mean? What does it entail? Good for you, honey. Thanks. All right. Well, I guess let’s get into today’s episode. What are we talking about today? We’re talking about the best supplements for PCO S for a piece of his weight loss,
acne and our hormones. Something that a lot of sisters ask about in the DMS is what supplements should I take? What should I get started with? You know? And so we’ll go through some of the more popular ones and who they would apply to and what instances you should or shouldn’t be taking them. And it’s just good to know these things because when you take a supplement and it compliments your diet,
you know, PCLs reverses faster in my opinion, but of course you can’t out supplement a bad diet. So you have to find something that works for you. That’s anti-inflammatory and then supplement it. That’s a great warning too, is we’re about to tell you what we think are the best toppings for peace us, but keep in mind that these are supplements,
meaning that they can only supplement what you’re already doing with your diet and lifestyle. So if you’re not paying attention to your lifestyle and the improvements you can make there, these supplements, they may not have their maximum effect. Yeah. So that’s a good thing. If you’re newly diagnosed, I mean, I’m not saying John takes supplements, I’m just saying like,
take a deep breath, focus on some other things first, get those in check And also keep in mind that we’re going to talk about the best supplements and doesn’t mean you should take all of them right away. As we go through supplement, we’re going to talk about PCs types and how each of these supplements can help with the different piece. You as types,
let’s talk about the four piece shows types first, right now, maybe time. And then we can kind of, yeah. And then we can kind of like say which of these supplements go for which PCO type. So do you want to explain the four PCO stats real quick? Yeah. So there are four main PCLs types or like root causes that we see a lot.
The first one is inflammation and everyone with PCOS, we have inflammation to a certain degree is, you know, some more than others, but you’ll see. You’ll know if you’re always bloated. If you have skin conditions, cystic acne, fatigue, brain fog, these are all signs of inflammation and it could be triggered by the foods you’re eating. So when we say gluten dairy free,
it really can help reduce The inflammation. Then we have insulin resistance. That’s when you have signs like cravings, really bad cravings, hangry attacks like you’re going to die. If you don’t eat that very second. These are signs of insulin resistance. There are other ones, of course like, you know, ovarian cysts, irregular periods, cystic acne, the list goes on 80% of women with PCOS have insulin resistance.
And then there’s adrenal issues. So 30% of women with PCs have adrenal issues of that 30%. Yeah. That’s when you feel fatigued all the time, when you can’t wake up in the mornings and you want to like sleep all day, but you’re awake at night, you’re a circadian rhythm is off. So you’re moody, you’re fatigued and usually comes in combination with insulin resistance.
So you have cravings and all the PCs symptoms, then there’s hypothyroid. Most common symptoms, uncontrollable, weight gain, and hair loss, weight gain is a symptom of all four types, to be honest. So for hypothyroid, it’s typically that you want to get blood work done, see what’s going on because with hypothyroid, it’s either a medication or a supplementation that will really,
really help as well as reducing inflammation in your diet, balancing your blood sugar and managing the other PCs types. Cause you can have multiple sweet, well, I really just summed it up. Oh, I loved it. I Loved it. So mind replay, we need to Just rewind replay that take notes. If you want to Or join us in the sisterhood where I break it all down for you in a longer way intense.
And we had like different chapters for each piece shows type and what you can do for each piece. So we definitely dive a lot more into it, of course, in the sisterhood. So if you want to learn more about your PCs type, you can definitely find out more there licking description. All right. Perfect, babe. Let’s jump into the first supplement.
What is it? Favorite one. Oh, Bassett tall. Yes. We could not rave about Obasi tall enough. It is in a not-so-subtle supplement. It is in also tall in a 40 to one ratio, which studies show is most effective for women with PCO S in helping improve ovulation in helping improve air quality. We have received so many messages from sisters who say that it’s helped them with weight loss,
cystic acne, lowering their testosterone levels, improving their mood is like one of the most researched supplements for PCs in also Tanya definitely is because it can help with all pathologies of pieces. Yeah. And if you’re wondering which piece shows type this falls into well, if you have insulin resistance, dental Vestal is a no brainer because it’s really, the whole focus of,
of acetone is to help with blood sugar control. And that’s, what’s going to help with regulating your periods, hoping you ovulate, improving fertility and helping you lose weight. So basketball is a great option for that. Just like all the other supplements. We’ll mention. We have a link in the description of this episode, but with Avastin Tal, we have a PRC code 2 9 2 6 6 0.
When you use that code, you’ll get 15% off and you’ll get two weeks free in the sister. So we were talking about earlier about how you can dive deeper into your piece, just type and find more solutions. Well, when you order a vast stall with our PRC call, you also get that two weeks free and the sisterhood. So it’s a great combination of supplements and lifestyle changes together.
Yeah. And I like that because of course, the first thing you want to focus on is changing your diet. But if your cravings are so out of control, that no matter what you do, you can’t eat the way that you feel you should be eating and you can’t control it. Sometimes complimenting your diet with something like, oh, Vasa tol can really help with those cravings and help you stop feeling like you have to eat all the time because it’s really hormonal.
It’s not just like you ate wrong. And PCO has happened. It’s like hormones drive you to eat a certain way. They drive you towards sugar and carbs. And I know from experience and sisters have told me that as soon as they drink all those thoughts, like a powder, you add in your water, as soon as they drink it, literally your cravings go away in five minutes or in the minute you literally feel it like instantly.
It’s amazing. Honestly, I love it. As Tom mentioned, as one of the most researched supplements repeats us. In fact, studies have shown that taking an all-star supplement can be just as effective as taking Metformin except without the side effects. So they showed in the studies that met, had five times the amount of side effects, but yet both of these same results.
Think about if you’re struggling with side effects while taking Metformin. Yes. You don’t have to feel like a lot of sisters feel like that’s just part of it. And they tell their doctor and it’s dismissed, but you know, you don’t have to be suffering. And again, if you’re on Metformin, we highly recommend first speaking with your doctor for thinking about getting off and trying something natural,
like an an all-star supplement. So please speak to your doctor first to make sure that that change is right for you. All right. The second supplement is chromium. What’s this about baby? Okay. This is a powerful antioxidant and it improves your insulin sensitivity or basketball improves your insulin sensitivity. But if you are very, very insulin resistant, it’s good to increase your supplements that help with your blood sugar control.
So chromium is another one that can compliment. And it’s also an anti-inflammatory. So if you’re struggling with Busher control and you’re struggling with a lot of inflammation, the supplement chromium can be a great option for that as well. Chromium supplement will probably apply to sisters who have both insulin resistance and inflammation or one or the other two Severe insulin resistance. For sure.
I mean, there’s lots. There’s, I mean, we’re going to get through them, but what’s number three. Then we have magnesium. So many women with PCOS and blood sugar issues were deficient with magnesium. And one reason why we’re deficient could be that chronically high insulin levels can lower magnesium and women with PCs. We tend to have high insulin levels when we’re insulin resistant,
it’s super important magnesium because it helps with your sleep, your period regulation, and it reduces inflammation. And then when combined with high testosterone levels and having inflammation and high testosterone, it’s a recipe for PCs symptoms. So magnesium is super helpful. Even if you have trouble falling asleep at night, taking a couple of magnesium pills or supplements can be really helpful in just helping you sleep.
And as I mentioned, really helping with the blood sugar issues. So this is another supplement. That’s great for women who have insulin resistance as well. One thing I did learn about magnesium is that when you’re stressed, you’re stripped of magnesium. And when you’re stripped of magnesium, it leads to stress. It’s like this vicious cycle. So a lot of times the foods that we eat,
they are a depleted of magnesium because of the way that they’re grown. And a lot of the medications that we take for PCs like birth control Metformin depletes us of magnesium. So this is like a tough mineral to get. So I do suggest having a supplement for sure, for magnesium. The next favorite PCs supplement is omega three Sea-Tac is an omega-3 slob,
snob, slob snob, because ever since I’ve met you, you have been all about the best omega-3. So When it comes to the omega-3, which for those that don’t know, basically fish oil, they are so, so healthy for you. Like there’s, I mean, I’ve been like omega-3 fiend for like about 10 years now, but I take like three,
four pills a day of omega-3 like maybe a little bit too much. I don’t know, but it’s really, really good for reducing inflammation, which is basically common in all with PCs. But of course it’s very common in people. Worldwide inflammation happens almost no matter what to everyone, of course the grade of how much it happens is different depending on the person.
But at the end of the day, inflammation is what causes aging and causes mortality issues and much more. So focusing on omega three fish oil supplement, it can be really helpful in reducing that inflammation, but not just that, it can also be really helpful in improving your skin and benefiting and reducing your acne in several. I mean, it’s just so anti-inflammatory,
I feel like if you don’t eat fish, then definitely consider no mother through supplement. And if you don’t eat fish often enough supplement an omega three supplement. If you don’t eat fish at all, and you’re vegan, they have omega-3 supplements that are vegan as well. And it’s also really good with like having energy, like studies have shown that omega three fish oils can really be helpful in giving your sustainable energy cause that high fat content gives your body like this sustainable energy throughout the day.
Cause it’s like slow burning. It’s not like a fast burn, like a carb, the fish oil. It’s very high in healthy fats. So giving a body basically sustainable energy to burn throughout the day, especially when you take it with like red after food as well. So yeah. Absorbs definitely absorbed better. I mean, basically I feel like all supplements absorb better when you take it with food.
Of course, if you take on an empty stomach, your body doesn’t do a good job of absorbing it. So that’s one thing to definitely think about To taking it with food. Yep. All right. So before we continue on to the rest of the supplements, which we have about three or four more left, let’s jump into the wins of the week.
These are fellow sisters who are thriving with peace, us managing their symptoms, losing weight, and basically showing peace us. Who’s the, So first we have Tori Gonsalves in the sister at, she says less than three weeks on going gluten and dairy free. I got my period back. Woo. That’s amazing. We get a lot of messages like this from sisters who have gone gluten and dairy free and taken over acetone.
They get their period after like years of not having it. That’s because they’re reducing their insulin levels and that is targeting the root issues under their PCLs symptoms. So it’s amazing. Amazing. All right. Our next one of the week is Emily. And this is again from the sisterhood. Hi sisters. I’ve been a member here for over a year, but this is my first post because I’m not super great at sharing.
I want to share now though, because I feel like I’ve made a significant breakthrough in the past month. For context, when I found the sisterhood, I was a little ways into my peace journey. I was on birth control that the doctor gave me in response to my diagnosis and steadily gaining weight. I was already gluten free for allergies, but I dropped dairy and birth control after accessing the sisterhoods resources and podcasts.
What followed was frustrating, continued waking in irregular periods, but I persevered. I am so thankful I found and decided to get rid of birth control and dairy. I will never go back to those again. I love the recipes and my husband does too. And the workouts are great. Still working on that. I have trouble with those, but I want to implement them into a regular routine.
She says, I finally feel in charge of my health and not so overwhelmed or alone. I am so thankful to my new doctor and the sisterhood for walking along alongside of me on this journey. I’m taking it one step at a time. It’s a marathon, not a race. Thank you so much for encouraging me to find other avenues of healing. Tallinn.
I would not be here without the sisterhood. Wow. That is such a sweet message. Great job, Emily Girl, Emily Yoder. I’m so Happy for you. I know. I really love it in this context to where she’s taking it one step at a time. It’s like she said, it’s a marathon, not a race. And even for her,
she says, I persevered no for her. She was gaining weight with the birth control and she persevered. She pushed through it. It’s not easy. Sometimes getting off of birth control can Slingshot you into weight gain and you have to persevere because what other choice do you have? You know, you don’t want to give up and suffer forever. You want to persevere and figure out what is going on.
Work with the right doctors, even naturopathic doctors who can tell you what supplements to take and what foods to eat and what to do based on your blood work. You know, specifics here at bloodwork and everything, everything. There’s so many things you can do. Yeah. And Emily, just let you know, don’t worry about the workout stage of your peaches journey.
It, like you said, everything comes one step at a time. So if you’re still not comfortable with like incorporating the workouts, just think about it, like doing it slowly, like doing it once a week, maybe to start, or even just once every two weeks a start and letting that momentum build as you get more and more comfortable with it.
So I remember we’re always in a sisterhood. If you have any questions to ask about the workouts. Yes. Cool. Let’s jump back to the supplements, babe. Right? What’s our next, Next is vitamin D vitamin D. Deficiency is super common with women. About 67 to 85% of us have it. That’s a lot. It’s a crucial vitamin and it’s even considered a hormone sometimes because of the way that it affects our bodies.
So profoundly, it’s so important for women with PCOS. It’s really important because it’s linked to insulin resistance, testosterone levels, inflammation, depression, menstruation, and a deficiency can even contribute to stopping our population. So we need an excellent vitamin D test. Absolutely. I think we’ve talked about in the past two days was a research study where they showed like vitamin D helped with pregnancy results,
you know, helped with women, chances of being pregnant. So vitamin D is so, so Crucial. You’ve got to have it checked. Yeah. So many people are deficient in vitamin D, not just with PCRs, but with like all over the world. I feel like majority of people, because these days who spends their day outside, right. Who does that?
Because we’re all working inside. We’re either going to school inside. We’re studying inside, we’re sleeping inside. You know, like, I mean, of course I’m sure a lot of people go outside including us, but it’s not enough to get that much, you know, vitamin D from the sun to be able to absorb it. So I feel like vitamin D supplementation is super important for everybody to get that checked out and see if you need to supplement that,
Just take a supplement. Willy-nilly like, you have to have it checked first. Yeah. One time I had it checked in the beginning of my PCs journey. It was super low. I went to whole foods to get a vitamin D supplement. And the guy was like, this is a really strong dosage you’re looking for. I was like, I don’t know,
5,000 I used, yeah. The 5,000 is pretty pretty high. 2000 as was the daily recommended. And he was like, did you have it checked? I was like, yes, I had it checked at PCOM, get out my way. Give me the vitamin D. But yeah, you have to have it checked to know how much to take and monitor it.
It’s also like time said linked to depression. So like they see about 45 to 60% of women with PCs have depression and anxiety. So it’s another factor that could be adding onto that is vitamin D deficiency. So really, really important. Next Metrics, Adrenal, adrenal support, Adrenal support. These are literally chill pills. Like something that has ashwagandha in it.
Something that will help with your cortisol regulation. Yeah. Stress management is super important for PC. Yeah. This one I can actually attest to myself personally, if you guys know we have our lab kit, which helps you basically find the root issues of what’s going on underneath. And I took it for myself and I found that I had really high stress hormones in the afternoon towards the evening.
So I’m taking like an adrenal supplement from equal life, which we can link. We’ll link it for this section as well in the description. But basically this adrenal suits supplement, it helps bring down your cortisol hormones in the evening helps you go to sleep. It can be really beneficial in basically helping with your regional health. So it we’ll link that same thing with the vitamin D we’ll link in the description as well.
There’s a great one from there. Logic’s the same company who makes oh, basketball. Yeah. There’s lots you can do with your lifestyle too, to help reduce your adrenal activity. Like making sure you’re not, over-exercising making sure you’re not depending on caffeine for energy. Oh yeah. I mean, before you just take a supplement, think of these things as well.
Are you getting good sleep? Are you working out like crazy? Do you drink coffee all the time and try to control that? And you can take a supplement at the same time, but I’m just saying, it’s not going to like fix all the problems if you’re doing the things that are driving your stress hormones. Yeah, exactly. And speaking of adrenal support.
Oh, and we should mention, of course, the adrenal support for sisters who who know they have adrenal fatigue type. It may be a good option. Yeah. And speaking of adrenal, the next one is CBD. I mean, I love CBD. It helps with blood sugar regulation and inflammation. And these are really common with women who have PCO S yeah.
I actually see now it would give me CBD at night and I would pass out like 15 minutes later. Cause I was tired already. I told this story, but one time it was just like around like 9:00 PM. And time was already a little bit tired and I want to play some PlayStation. I want to play some video games. And I always feel bad playing like when she’s in the living room,
because I don’t want to like take over the living room. I want to be able to watch TV together or whatever, whatever, all that jazz. But she was falling asleep already. So I said, okay, let me give her some CBD. And I gave her like the strongest, not the strongest, like the second strong cause like the 1250,
I gave you a little bit and then a half an hour later you’d knocked out. Wow. And then I felt bad. I was like, I just drove my wife. I mean, technically, maybe, but technically I just gave her a supplement that she asked for. I said, do you want, I said, do you want CBD? You said,
yes. The rest is your responsibility to time. The rest is history. But she fell asleep when I play my games. And that was Mission accomplished. But no, I mean all jokes aside. Yeah. I asked you, see me the, I just want you to know I didn’t drug you. I want that to be clear. It’s fine.
I slept like a baby woke up like an angel. I love myself. But speaking of that, it’s another great tool for lowering cortisol in the evening. So if you know that you’re really like high energy in the evening, you feel like you’re high, strong in the evening. Like you have stress. A lot of that cortisol in the evening. This is a great option again,
to help you lower that down. Yeah. If you can’t sleep, let me tell you a hot shower, a good book, a couple of drops of CBD little essential oil on your wrist and you are good to go. Can you give that pill box right there? Boop. So speaking of CBD, we have this sleepy bedtime bestie from soul CBD.
Basically this is like a little gummy, but I guess the whole point is to basically help you sleep at night. It’s called sleepy S L E P I. And if you go to soul CBDs website, you’ll, you’ll see that they have this available. And I guess it has, oh, it has CBD and melatonin base in this. So this could be a great option if you’re having trouble sleeping at night.
And of course with these CBD products, there’s no THC in it. So you want like test positive for THC. So yeah, create option. We’ll we’ll put this link in the bio from Seoul CBD. And if you use the code word PC O S you will get 15% off your Order. It takes them now. Cool. All right. And we have a little bonus,
a little A bonus moment. So if you’re taking a lot of supplements and you feel like you’re constantly opening bottles and quilting them every day, trying to get all your supplements like SeaTac does. Yeah. That’s me. Yeah. Try a cute pill box. I will not that fits All. No, this is pink. It’s cute. I know girls like this kind of stuff.
We’re Going to link it in the description. Someone try to convince you to act to do this. Cause he takes all these. It’s just, I remember my grandma. She would always, she would have that like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, you know that long one with the little slip, slip, slip, those words. And I just remember her doing it all the time.
It’s a grandma thing. No. What are you going to do for the rest of your life? You’re going to take supplements for the rest of your life. And you’re Going to constantly Have to be clattering and clicking all over the bathroom right before you run out the door. There’s a Problem. You put them in a drawer. First of all, that’s the first 1:00 AM I supposed to do?
Putting on a counter. So they’re all open. Oh my God. I’m going to stare up bottles. Cause you can’t put it in a little pill box. So every time I opened the drawer, I have to like scavenge to the drawer. Cause there’s like 20 pillbox pill things in there. Not I’m telling you this right now. What are you telling me?
Right? We are not putting pill. Bought like supplement bottles and we’re not decorating our bathroom with supplement bottles. Will you just wait when we have a bigger place to live, there’s going to be a specific counter for supplements specific county. I’m going to call it the Pacific counter And 10%. No I’m telling you, the sisters are going to convince you that a pill box,
but not like a grandma pill. Like a cool one will save The day. You don’t think I know this then? What are you doing? Stubborn. Stubborn, Jack. Can’t do this forever. CDAI or Talk about, talk about that little Box, baby. All right. I did. I did. It’s LinkedIn to description and anyone who is trying to be organized and efficient and save time and not clattering through bottles before they run out the door.
Every day is going to get this pill box and put everything in there. I do agree. It makes your days. You’re like in the morning, you just open it up and you get all your stuff. A what happens when there are two supplements that look the same. Oh, oh. Case in point. Do you remember when we went on vacation and I put all my stuff as a blog bag and the adrenals sued and the atrial energy looked the same.
There are pillboxes that say breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You’re Out of your mind. Three Boxes, three boxes for Tuesday. So your breakfast, you know what I’m saying? So you’re, doesn’t just it’s to save you time and energy. Why would you put your entire day’s worth of pill in one box and you don’t know what to get, what you’re going to take in the morning.
Why are you going to take at night? Why would you do that? You get one with three separators for each Day attacking my character. I’m just going to order it. I’m just going to leave it there. I’m not going to force you to do it One day. You’re going to be like, where’s that freaking pillbox I’m done with this drama.
Okay. I’m just, I’m going to do it. I’m going to order it. I’m going to put it away and you make the decision. All right. You know what Tallinn talk about it. After the podcast, we have a little borders to end out the podcast. We have a little bonus. It’s also like a little conversation starter, maybe within the PCs community,
but we wanted to bring up this message from sisterhood, from Alyssa. She says looking for some good books for bed reading, she says, I am halfway through peace. U S S O S. And I have read the PCO S plan looking for some suggestions, what scissors? I think this is going, could be a great way to stream, to start a conversation after this podcast,
maybe on Instagram, even in the Facebook sisterhood group, what are some books that you like for PCOS that you feel can be helpful, that you can, you feel it can be beneficial. P C O S S O S is my book to first start learning about PCOS. You can literally skim through it. You don’t even have to read it from beginning 10,
open any page and read something and you’ll learn something new. So well-organized the book. Yes. It’s where I learned majority of my peace S knowledge from was this book. And of course from Tallinn and from other like, well, first resources, but this was like eyeopener for me. She’s a genius. She has in Dr. Sheila skirt. A lot of people call us.
I hate to say this, but a lot of people call it like the queen and king of PCO. It was just like, so I really, really appreciate that. But the real queen, I feel like is Dr. Fields Gersh. She started a lot of peace. U S research, 20, 30 years ago, she has her own facility for Gynecologist.
And she has a degree in functional medicine. She knows it all. And when I went to her, she told me what to do. She told me what subjects to, she said go gluten and dairy fruit. Yet. She was my gyno in one appointment, gluten and dairy. Of course the Queen herself, the queen gyno herself. Yes. She told me so much.
She literally like whatever’s in the book. She said it in one appointment, I think not everything, but you know, and I was like, oh wow. It looks like there’s a lot I can do here. Yeah. But of course implementing everything that she says, isn’t easy. Like you can’t just do it overnight. It takes some coaching. It takes some support,
you know? And that’s where the sisterhood has blossomed from like my experience with her made me realize there’s a lot I can do, but it’s really difficult to do it alone. And that’s how the sisterhood came to life. Yes, absolutely. I love PCs. SOS. I love eight steps to reverse PCs as well by Dr. Sarah McCulloch. There’s also the piece U S plan by Dr.
Jason Fung. All these are great resources. Yeah. I’d definitely say peace here. So this is my favorite. That’s another, the other two are bad at all. I just think it’s such a good book order. We’re going to link it in the description. All right, Coolio. I guess that’s for the episode, babe. All right. What are we ever going for the rest of the day?
